　カナダAgileBitsは現地時間2022年03月04日、Mac用パスワードマネージャアプリ「1Password for Mac」のBeta版をアップデートし、アプリ内からアカウントを削除する機能に加え、1Password for MacからiCloud Keychainへのデータの書き出し機能を改善したと発表しています。

Hello, testers! Today’s build brings some new capabilities to your favorite password manager. You can now delete an account within the app, without needing to take a trip to the browser. Export has also been improved to include the Notes field for iCloud Keychain’s format. If you have an item that uses an HTTP only URL, and does not offer HTTPS, you can now set the Watchtower banner to ignore alerting you in the future for that item. Finally, we have fixed a number of smaller issues for Duo and browser integration.

　Appleは現在Betaテストを行っているmacOS 12.3 MontereyやiOS/iPadOS 15.4のSafariおよびシステム環境設定のパスワードマネージャー機能で、アイテムにメモ欄(Notes for Password)を追加し、アカウントやパスワードに関する情報を記録できるようにすると発表していますが、

AgileBitsによると、1Password 7 for Maの次期アップデートとなるバージョン7.9.3では、このメモ欄に1Passwordのメモ(Notes)を移行できるよう、iCloud KeychainへのエクスポートCSVデータに”Notes field”を追加したそうなので、今後macOSのデフォルトパスワードマネージャーと1Passwordでよりデータの移行がしやすくなりと思われます。
