　旧iTunesウィジェットを再現したミュージック・コントロールアプリ「Music Widget」にボリュームリングが追加されています。詳細は以下から。

　Music Widgetは米DigimarcのMario Guzmanさんが、macOS 10.15 Catalinaで廃止されたDashbaordのiTunes Widgetのデザインを再現したアプリで、AppleのMusicアプリを操作することができますが、このMusic Widgetのバージョン1.11/12が新たにリリースされています。

New: The volume ring from the original iTunes Dashboard widget is back! Drag vertically on the ring or scroll vertically within the ring’s bounds to adjust volume.

　Music Widget v1.11/12では、新たに旧iTunes Widgetに搭載されていたボリュームリングが再現され、マウススクロールやリングの操作によりボリュームの調整が可能になっています。

　また、Music Widget v1.11ではアプリ自体にキーワードが追加され、Spotlight検索での操作性が向上し、Apple Musicのラジオ局の情報が表示されるようになっており、環境設定ウィンドウの調整も行われています。

　Music Widgetのシステム要件はmacOS 11 Big Sur以上でMario Guzmanさんの公式サイトから無料でダウンロードできるので、興味のある方は試してみてください。

Addresses an issue affecting the new Volume Ring UI introduced in v1.11. At times, when dragging the ring to adjust volume, it would get “caught” and prevent volume adjustments.

Fix: Fixes an issue where dragging the volume ring might get “caught”.
