　macOS 15.1 SequoiaとiOS/iPadOS 18.1 RCのリリースノートはBeta 6と変わりなく、同社の生成AIを利用したパーソナル人工知能システム「Apple Intelligence」を利用したWriting ToolsやAIによる写真編集機能Clean Up機能がテストできるようになっている他、

macOS 15.1では、画面収録やオーディオ収録を行うアプリの開発者からクレーム[1, 2]が出ていた、最新のScreenCaptureKitを利用せず古いScreen Recording APIを利用したアプリを起動すると、画面録画許可を毎月ユーザーに求めるダイアログの表示回数が削減されるそうです。

　また、Appleは先週CNETなどの一部メディを集め、09月に発表された「AirPods Pro 2」を臨床レベルの補聴器にできるヒアリング補助機能を紹介し、その中で、この機能は来週リリースされるiOS 18.1のアップデートでサポートされると発表したそうなので、少なくともiOS 18.1に関しては来週中にリリースされるようです。
