Microsoftは現地時間2020年05月12日、同社のオフィススイート「Microsoft 365 (旧Office 365) for Mac」をv16.37へアップデートし、アプリ内のテキストやコマンド、ヘルプなどを横断検索できる「操作アシスト (Tell Me)」をWord、Excel、PowerPointでサポートしたと発表しています。

Mac App Storeのリリースノートには操作アシスト機能しか言及されていませんが、Excel for Mac v16.37ではユーザーのデータから、どのようなグラフや表を作成すればよいかを提案してくれる「アイデア」機能が追加されており、
PowerPointでは特定のスライドへのリンクを共有する機能やクラウド上のスライドにあるサイズの大きいコンテンツをバックグラウンドでダウンロードして、シームレスにプレゼンテーションを開始できる機能が実装され、Wordには今年02月からテストされていた「Type Hands-free (音声入力:ディクテーション)」が日本語を含めてサポートされているので、ユーザーの方はアップデートしてみてください。
