　Microsoftは2025年02月(日本では03月)、同社のAIアシスタント「Microsoft Copilot」のMacアプリの提供をMac App Storeで開始しましたが、このMicrosoft Copilot for Macが04月26日のアップデートでFinderメニューに対応しています。

　Microsoftは、Microsoft Copilot v21.6.430425003アップデートのリリースノートに「Finderのクイックアクション」に対応していると記載していますが、実際にはサービスメニューのようで、アップデート後には右クリック(副ボタン) → コンテキストメニューの[サービス]に[Ask Copilot]が追加され、ファイルを素早くCopilotへ渡すことが可能になっています。

macOS側の不具合のようですが、Copilot for Macをアップデートしても[Ask Copilot]が出ない場合は、システム設定アプリの[一般] → [言語と地域] → [優先する言語]で英語をトップにして再起動し、macOSを一度英語環境にすると日本語にローカライズされていないサービスメニューが読み込まれます。

　Microsoft Copilot v21.6.430425003では、この他、不具合が修正され、動作がよりスムーズになったそうなので、ユーザーの方はアップデートしてみてください。
