　オープンソースでクロスプラットフォームに対応したライブ配信アプリ「Open Broadcaster Software(OBS) Studio」を開発しているOBS Projectは現地時間2021年12月30日、米AJA Video Systems製のデバイスとAOM AV1およびSVT-AV1の実験的サポートを開始した「OBS Studio v27.2」のBeta 1を公開したと発表しています。

　OBS StudioはUSB/HDMIビデオキャプチャなどのUVC(USB Video Class)/UAC(USB Audio Class)対応デバイスをサポートしていますが、v27.2 Beta 1ではAJAチームによりAJA Video Systems IOデバイスのプラグインが統合[1, 2]された他、ソースを右クリックしてPhotoshopのようにブレンドモードを設定できるようになり、ホットキーのフィルタ検索や重複検出機能が追加されているので、興味のある方はBeta版をチェックしてみて下さい。

　また、OBS Projectは2021年12月21日、Open Collectiveを通してRedHatから10,000ドル(約1,150,000円)の支援を受け取ったと発表しています。
