　Appleは現地時間2019年09月10日にApple本社のキャンパス内にあるSteave Jobs Theaterにて行ったスペシャルイベント「By innovation only.」の後、iOS 13とwatchOS 6を本日09月20日、その後「iPadOS」と不具合を修正した「iOS 13.1」を現地時間09月30日、日本時間10月01日にリリースすると発表しましたが、The VergeによるとAppleはこのリリースを前倒しするそうです。

　The VergeがAppleに確認したところによると、AppleはiPadOSとiOS 13.1を現地時間の09月24日、日本時間25日に前倒ししてリリースするそうで、iOS 13.1にはiOS 13に含まれなかった自動のSiriショートカットアクションやApple MapsのETA(到着予定時刻)、エンタープライズ向けの機能が含まれているそうで、加えて、iOS 13 GMで発見されたロックスクリーンを迂回してiPhoneの連絡先データにアクセスできてしまう脆弱性も修正されるそうです。
