昨日、リトアニアのPixelmator Teamは2018年10月のAppleスペシャルイベントの中でSneak Peekを公開したiPad写真編集アプリ「Pixelmator Photo for iPad」を正式にリリースしましたが、このアプリをプレオーダーした一部のユーザーでアプリがダウンロードできない不具合が発生しているそうです。

Welcome to the very first thread on our brand new Pixelmator Photo subforum! It appears that, due to an App Store bug of some kind, some users who have pre-ordered Pixelmator Photo on the iPad mini 5 and the iPad Air 3 are unable to download it. The Compatibility section of the App Store description for Pixelmator Photo shows that Pixelmator Photo is compatible:

アプリがダウンロードできないのは、Appleが2019年03月に発売を開始したA12 Bionicチップを搭載しApple Pencilをサポートした「iPad mini (第5世代)」および「iPad Air (第3世代)」で、App Storeでは以下のように互換性があるiPadと表示されるものの、ダウンロードしようとすると「このiPadとは互換性がありません」と表示されるそうです。
Pixelmator TeamのAndriusさんは現在この問題を調査するために対象のiPadのユーザーに対してTestFlightを募集しているので、不具合が発生している方は以下のコミュニティをチェックしてみてください。
