Apple TV Software Update 6.1では「AirPlay device to discover Apple TV over Bluetooth」や「購入したテレビ番組や映画を Remote App で表示してタップすると、すぐに Apple TV で再生する機能」などのアップデートがありましたが、Apple TV Software Update 6.2ではセキュリティーアップデート(CVE-2014-1355)と安定性の向上のみのようです。

　AppleがApple TV Software Update 6.2をリリースしましたが、CVE修正がメインで大きなアップデートは無いようです。詳細は以下から。

CVE-2014-1355 : An application could cause the device to unexpectedly restart. A null pointer dereference existed in the handling of IOKit API arguments. This issue was addressed through additional validation of IOKit API arguments.

　redditや各サイトのForumの情報によると「Wi-Fiの受信速度がv6.1.1より改善された」や「Home Shareで大きな写真ライブラリを読み込む時の不具合が解消されたっぽい」などの情報が上がっていますが、とりあえずアップデート後不具合は無いようです。
