　Parallelsシリーズを開発しているParallels, Inc.は現地時間2018年05月23日、安定性の向上およびUbuntu 18.04をサポートした「Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac 13.3.1」アップデートを公開したと発表しています。

This update for Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac 13.3.1 (43365) addresses overall stability and performance issues, and includes the following fixes and improvements:

　全リリースノートは以下の通りで、05月21日にリリースされた「VMware Fusion 10.1.2」と同様にUbuntu 18.04での不具合が修正され正式にサポートされた他、MacBookの蓋(lid)を開閉後VMの音が聞こえなくなる不具合やBootCampのWindows 10 VMにParallels Toolsがインストールできない問題などが修正されているそうなので、ユーザーの方はチェックしてみて下さい。

インストールアシスタントからインストールできるUbuntuはアップデート後もUbuntu v16.04のままのようです。
