　ドイツのEltima Softwareは本日、同社が開発＆販売を行っているMac用ダウンロードマネージャーアプリ「Folx」をv5へアップデートし、インターフェイスやダウンロード管理機能などを改善したと発表しています。

Folx is a free download manager for Mac OS X with a true Mac-style interface. It offers convenient downloads managing, flexible settings, etc. Folx has a unique system of sorting and keeping the downloaded content.

Folx v5の新機能

　Folx v5では新たにインターフェイスが刷新され、Pro版にパスワードマネージャーやダウンロードタスクの速度制限、トレント検索のフィルタリングやソート機能が追加されているそうです。

• Added: a redesigned interface.
• Added: a password manager (PRO version).
• Added: automatic saving and filling of passwords on websites you are downloading from (PRO version).
• Added: the ability to set a speed limit for a specific download task (PRO version).
• Added: sorting and filtering of torrent search results (PRO version).
• Added: the ability to make Folx the default torrent client (for files and magnet links).
• Added: new preferences for torrent files:
• Store .torrents for current tasks in folder
• On task completion move .torrents to folder
• Automatically load .torrents from folder
• Delete loaded .torrents.
