　MacのメニューバーからOpenAIやMicrosoftのチャットAIを利用できる「MacGPT/MacBing」などを開発しているJordi BruinさんとHidde van der Ploegさんは現地時間2023年03月21日、Apple WatchでChatGPTを利用することができる「Petey (旧watchGPT)」の最新バージョンとなるv1.2をリリースし、新たにGPT4に対応しています。

　PeteyはOpenAIのChatGPT APIを利用する関係から有料650円(3.99ドル)アプリとなっていますが、Petey v1.2ではさらに400円(2.99ドル)のアプリ内課金を支払うことで、OpenAIの次世代大規模言語モデル「GPT-4」を選択できるようになっており、

Petey v1.2アップデートは無料で、アプリ内課金400円を支払わなくてもGPT3.5のまま利用することができます。

新たに追加された設定画面では、GTPの切り替えやアイコンの変更が可能で、加えて、v1.2ではユーザーからの要望が多かったChatGPTとの会話(マルチプルプロンプト)が可能になっており、

ChatGPTの回答に、更に詳しい情報を求めるなどインタラクティブな会話(返信)を行うことがことが可能になっています。また、Petey v1.2では日本語んどのローカライズが改善されているので、興味のある方はチェックしてみてください。

　Apple WatchでChatGPTを利用しづらい場合は、iOS 16でサポートされたApple Watchミラーリングやキーボードを使うと使いやすいです。

This model offers better accuracy and faster response times, and we believe it will enhance your experience with Petey. Please note that this newer model requires an optional In-App Purchase, as it is more expensive to use. However, if you don’t want to pay for the upgrade, Petey will continue to use the existing model without any additional costs.
