Mac/iOS用VNCクライアント「Screens VNC」シリーズを開発しているカナダのEdovia, Inc.は現地時間2019年06月06日、Screens for MacおよびiOSをそれぞれv4.6.11およびv4.8.9へアップデートしパフォーマンスと安定性を向上させると共に、iOS版ではアプリ内課金(IAP:0.99ドル)で提供していたダークモードを無償化しています。

Thank you to everyone that purchased the feature as you helped us fund maintenance and development of Screens. However, since the next major version of iOS offers a system-wide dark appearance, we decided to make this optional feature available to all users free of charge.Note that the feature has been moved to the “More Settings” section of the app settings. これはAppleがWWDC 2019の基調講演の中で次期iOS 13/iPadOS 13でダークモードをシステムレベルで導入すると発表したためだそうで、Screensアップデート後は[設定] → [その他の設定]にダークモードのオプションが追加されているので、ユーザーの方は試してみてください。
