Serif Software、AI, PSDファイルも編集可能なMac用ドローイングアプリ「Affinity Designer」をMac App Storeで販売開始。

　ついにAffinity Designerがリリースされています。詳細は以下から。

　Serif Softwareは25年間、Windows用の写真編集アプリを作成してきたイギリスの会社ですが、約4年前からMac用のドローイングアプリ「Affinity Designer」を開発し、ついにMac App Storeで発売を開始しました。

　ベータテスターとして参加させていただいたので、早速購入してみました。PSDファイルの取り扱いはPixelmatorやSketchよりスムーズで、

　iOSのGUI PSDを3つのアプリで開いてみましたが、Pixelmatorでは開けず、Sketchではレイヤーが反映されず、レイヤーが崩れず問題なく開けたのはAffinity Designerだけでした。

　機能的にも「ペン」「ブラシ」「塗りつぶし」「透かし」「シェイプ」「フォント」「ピクセル」など一通りの編集ツールがそろっており、1000000%ズームやCMYK, LAB, RGB, グレースケールカラーやOpenGLをサポートしており、かなり高機能になっています。

　ただ、バグとして上げた「マルチバイト文字の表示が一部のフォント（Osakaなど）でしか表示できない不具合」がまだ修正されていなかったのでメインのドローイングアプリとして使えるようになるにはもう少し時間がかかると思います。
