スクリーンショットからオブジェクトを自動検出し、1ピクセル単位で測定できるMac用アプリ「Pixel Winch」が正式リリースされています。詳細は以下から。
Pixel Winchはサンフランシスコ在中のソフトウェアエンジニアRicci Adamsさんが開発したスクリーンショットアプリで、ただスクリーンショットを撮影するだけではなく撮影したスクリーンショット中にあるオブジェクトを自動的に判定しオブジェクト間のピクセル数を計測できる機能があります。
Select a region on the screen to load it inside of Pixel Winch. The captured region will automatically magnify and center on your display. Take measurements using any combination of the included tools. When finished, simply press escape to dismiss Pixel Winch.

Ricci Adamsさんは2014年5月よりPixel Winchのベータユーザを募集し開発を続けてきましたが、Pixel Winchが8月4日にMac App Storeでリリースされたのに伴い全ての機能が使えるBeta版の配布を9月30日で終了するということなので、興味がある方はこの期間に試用してみてください。
