　Appleは現地時間2025年08月28日、macOSやiOSアプリの統合開発環境Xcodeの次期メジャーアップデートとなる「Xcode 26」のBeta 7を開発者向けに公開し、Coding Intelligenceの新機能としてOpenAIのGPT-5やAnthropicのClaude Sonnet 4をサポートしたと発表しています。

• Claude in Xcode is now available in the Intelligence settings panel, allowing users to seamlessly add their existing paid Claude account to Xcode and start using Claude Sonnet 4. (155826755)

ユーザーはXcode 26 Beta 7のIntelligence設定パネルからClaudeアカウントとXcodeを連携させ、Claude Sonnet 4を利用したコードの生成やドキュメント作成、エラー修正などが可能になっており、ChatGPTとの連携ではGPT-4.1かGPT-5かを選択*できるようになっているそうで、GPT-5では、より多くの時間を費やして推論を行うReasoningも選択できるそうなので、ユーザーの方はチェックしてみてください。
