　アメリカの周辺機器メーカーPlugableが「1世代前のTIコントローラーチップセットを使用したThunderbolt 3 Dockなどが新しいMacBook Pro Late 2016と互換性がないため販売を延期する」といった発表していましたが、調べた見たところ米AKiTiOも自社Thunderbolt 3デバイスとMacBook Proとの互換性リストをサポートページにて公開しています。

MBP Late 2016との互換性

　サポートページによると、AKiTiOが既に発売しているデスクトップストレージ「AKiTiO　Thunder3」シリーズと、eGPU用拡張ボックス「AKiTiO Node」が新しいMacBook Proをサポートせず、AKiTiOは今後WindowsとmacOSに対応した新しいデバイスをリリースする予定のようで、現在発売されているデバイスはWindows onlyのサポートとなるそうです。

These devices are not compatible. An “Unsupported” message occurs. We will make the necessary changes and release new devices that are compatible with both Windows and macOS but the current devices cannot be “upgraded” and are therefore compatible with Windows only.
