iOS15 Apple、開発者向けに「macOS 12.5 Monterey beta 3」や「iOS/iPadOS 15.6 beta 3」などを公開。
macOS 13 Ventura macOS 13 VenturaのGatekeeperは、検疫アプリだけでなく公証済みアプリの整合性チェックも行うため、アップデートなどに許可が必要な場合も。
Developer Apple、Xcode 13以前のGUIやaltoolによるMacアプリの公証を2023年秋までに終了し、今後はXcode 14以上のGUIやnotarytoolへ移行。
SFフォントとシンボル Apple、700以上の新しいシンボルを追加し4,000以上のシンボルをサポートした「SF Symbols v4.0」のBeta版を公開。
macOS 13 Ventura macOS 13 Venturaでは最新のVirtualizationフレームワークにより、macOS/Linux VMでEFIブートローダやトラックパッド、ディレクトリ共有、Rosetta 2などがサポート。
iOS 16/iPadOS 16 macOS 13 VenturaやiOS 16、Safari 16では、Touch IDやFace IDの生体認証を利用したパスワードレス・サインイン「パスキー」が利用可能に。
macOS 13 Ventura macOS 13 VenturaではApple Silicon Macでアクセサリーセキュリティが強化され、Thunderbolt/USBアクセサリーの初回接続時にユーザー許可が必要に。
