　MacのMail.appで作成したメール内にUnicode文字が入っていわゆる「文字化け」を引き起こすことを防止するためのプラグイン「LetterFix for Mac OS X Mail.app」がOS X Yosemite対応のBeta版をリリースしています。

　OS X Mavericksがリリースされた際、Mail.appの仕様変更や一部機能のSandbox化によって、MIMEfixなどのApple Mail用エンコーディングプラグインが開発中止 b.hatena になってしまいましたが、その後 LetterFixが唯一突破口を見つけ開発を続けている状態でした。

Note: Since Mail.app bundled newly released MacOSX 10.9 is not compatible with the traditional frameworks, MIMEfix requires a lot of changes. Also, the filename issues likely does not happen, at least within my sample. MIMEfix contribution will not be large at this time. So, I decided to postpone the program update. If I am aware other filename issues, I will consider the update.
