Twelve South、Lightning Dock「HiRise for iPhone&iPad」はMagicアクセサリやApple Pencil, Nimbusコントローラーも充電可能と発表。

　Twelve SouthのiOSデバイス用Lightning Dock「HiRise for iPhone&iPad」はMagicアクセサリやApple Pencil, SteelSeries Nimbusコントローラーの充電も可能だそうです。詳細は以下から。

　米Twelve Southが同社で販売しているiPhone&iPad用Lightning Dock「HiRise for iPhone&iPad」がSiri Remote, Magic Mouse 2, Magic Trackpad 2, Magic Keyboard, Apple PencilおよびSteelSeriesのBluetoothコントローラーNimbus Controllerで利用可能だと発表しています。

At the office, HiRise charges all the new Apple Magic peripherals, from Magic Mouse 2 to Magic Keyboard. Dock your Magic accessories on HiRise when power is low at the end of the day, and your mouse or keyboard will be fully charged and ready for work in the morning.

　Twelve Southは9月のスペシャルイベント直後から、Appleが公開した新しいLightningデバイスとHiRise for iPhone&iPadの検証を進めており、その結果 以下の様にMagic Mouse 2, Nimbus コントローラーはリアサポーターを外すことで、Apple PencilはLightningアダプターを接続することで充電が可能だったそうです。

*The Apple Magic Mouse 2 (and Nimbus controller) work best with the HiRise Deluxe, which features an easy-to-remove rear support. The HiRise original will work, but it is more difficult to configure back to work with iPhone.
** Works with the Lightning Adapter included with the Apple Pencil

　HiRise for iPhone&iPadは専用のClipとApple純正のLightningケーブルを利用し、高さを調整することが出来るため一定の厚さのあるケースを付けていても利用可能で、リアサポーターもあるためApple純正の「Lightning Dock」ではサポートされていないiPad Airでも利用できるとしています。
